Jane Tilles

Jane Tilles is a senior government relations associate at FDD Action, where she focuses on advancing FDD Action’s policy initiatives through digital communications and educational efforts. In this role, she also contributes to FDD Action’s work by conducting legislative research and monitoring developments.

Prior to joining FDD Action, Jane was with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) for two years working on government relations. Before working at FDD, she was an intern in the State Department’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, where she helped draft materials for the bureau’s Communications and Public Affairs office. Prior to that, she was an intern with FDD Action for three semesters and interned in several congressional offices. Jane received a dual degree from American University in international studies and political science. She has been published in Defense One.
